Other Projects
The following can be offered either as one day projects, or 3-5 day residencies, depending on how many children are involved:
Africa and Afro-Caribbean Projects,
including Carnival.
A residency for 4-11 years involving stories, puppet and mask making workshops leading to a festival or celebration.
World Myth and Landscape
A project that incorporates history, geography and culture from around the World.
Healthy Body, Healthy Food
A project, involving puppets and stories, to make health issues interesting and fun for children.
One World, Many Voices
A project on the U.N. Charter for the Rights of the Child, using puppetry to bring to life the problems of children across the developing world, and to help them ‘find a voice.’
This can be offered as a one day project for 1 or 2 classes, as well as a residency, which would involve more children.
